Music has long been a way to worship and praise God, and our Lutheran musical heritage goes back to Bach and beyond. At Macedonia we enjoy traditional and newer hymns as part of our service.
If, like us, you like music, we would love to have you join our adult Chancel Choir (no audition) or our handbell choir, both under the direction of Charles “Chuck” Beard and accompanied by Don Sizemore. Contact Chuck at [email protected]. Reformation Ringers (handbells) rehearse every other Tuesday, from 5:45 until 6:30, nine months of the year. Chancel Choir (adult choral choir) rehearses Wednesdays at 7 pm. Both of these rehearsals are in the education building at the opposite end of the hall from the church office. |
